  1. Return Policy
    Return period:
    Customers have the right to apply for a return without reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that this period may vary due to specific promotions or products, and the specific instructions on the page at the time of purchase shall prevail.
    Product conditions:
    The returned goods must be in original condition, not worn, washed or damaged.
    All labels, packaging and accessories of the goods must be intact, including the original packaging box, dust bag, hanger, etc.
    Please ensure that the returned goods are clean, odorless, and properly packaged to prevent damage.
    Return process:
    Log in to your account, enter the order management page, select the goods to be returned, and click “Apply for Return”.
    Fill in the reason for return and return address, and submit the return application.
    Our customer service team will review your return application within 2 working days and provide a return authorization code and return address.
    Send the returned goods together with the return authorization code, original packaging and all accessories to the designated address.
    Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is correct, we will process a refund for you within 2 business days.
    Refund method:
    The refund will be returned according to your original payment method, including credit card, PayPal, store coupons, etc.
    The refund amount will deduct any shipping or handling fees incurred (if applicable).

    Exchange period:
    The exchange period is the same as the return period, that is, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

    Exchanged products are limited to different sizes or colors of the same style (if inventory permits).
    Exchange process:

    After we receive the exchanged product and confirm that it is correct, we will send you the exchanged product as soon as possible.
    Shipping fee description:
    If the exchange is caused by product quality problems, we will bear the round-trip shipping fee.
    If the exchange is caused by non-quality problems such as size and color, the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

    Customized products (such as sizes and styles specially customized according to customer needs) do not support returns or exchanges.
